Eligible for IRC pointsMitsubishi Ralliart Italy is to join the Intercontinental Rally Challenge, meaning that any Mitsubishi driver will now be eligible to score points on the series – starting from the Safari.
Ralliart Italy will run customer cars on a number of
events later in the year, with the Group N Lancer likely to prove a strong contender throughout the year.
Ralliart Italy team manager Mario Stagni commented: “There has been a strong demand from our customers to make our cars eligible to score points on the IRC. We are delighted to respond to their requests on what is set to be a very exciting new championship this year."
