will contest the Swedish Rally, Rally Norway, Germany, Spain and Wales with his Valvoline sponsored Ford Focus WRC this year. The triple Norwegian Champion is looking forward to this weekend's Swedish Rally, and aim for a top ten finish.
"The goal is to be among the ten best when we will pass the finish ramp in Karlstad on Sunday," stated Schie. "I dream about a place in the points, but know that the competition will be very hard. But we are well prepared. I think both the car and the driving in the two rounds of the Norwegian Championship this winter have been very good, says Thomas Schie.
He will to his seventh start in the Swedish Rally this weekend, and likes the fast Swedish roads a lot.
"I think the fast roads in Sweden suites my driving style more than the slower stages we are used to in Norway, so I can't wait to get behind the wheel again."
Swedish Rally starts with a Super Special Stage in Karlstad Thursday night. The rally includes a total of 20 stages.
