Rally stars on a stampNorway Post is due to launch three new stamps on 6 February. These will depict some of Norway's best rally drivers and their speedy cars.
Norway Post's new motorsport stamps are very suitable for A-priority letters of up to 20 grams. This is
the first time that Norway Post is launching non-denominational stamps for use on letters to Europe and the rest of the world.
The new motor sport stamps depict Petter Solberg, Henning Solberg and Thomas Schie in well known situations - speeding along snow-covered winter roads.
Jorn Jontvedt has been artistically responsible for these stamps. They have undergone a special printing process which has embossed chrome on some parts of the stamps.
