Held in the evening, the Super Special stage takes place on the site of horse racing track, modified to host
the rally cars. The drivers compete side by side, two at the time on the figure of eight course.
Ford drivers continued to dominate. Marcus Gronholm

Solberg, who is second overall, lost 0.8 and 2.2 seconds in these two stages over Hirvonen.
The total gap separating him from the leader increased to 30.1 seconds.Marcus Gronholm
has gained one more position in the overall standings. The Ford driver is now seventh, just 11.5 seconds from catching fifth place holder Marcos Ligato.
