Fabrizio loses out 8th to Neukirchner
Second SBK race in Phillip Island : revised classification
The FIM was informed by the official SBK time-keeper "Perugia Timing" that after having reviewed the photo finish of the second race of the SBK World Championship in Phillip Island on 4 March 2007, they have established
that in fact the rider Nr 76, Max Neukirchner crossed the finish line before rider nr 84, Michele Fabrizio with a gap of 15/1000 seconds.

The FIM and the Race Direction, after having ascertained the evidence provided by the time-keeper, hereby publishes the revised classification:

8th position: nr 76 Max Neukirchner
9th position. nr 84 Michele Fabrizio


Pursuant to Art. 3.4.1 of the SBK Disciplinary and Arbitration Code, no protest may be lodged against this decision based on a statement of fact.
