LUCIO :
“I am happy to finalise an agreement with Carlos Checa to join our team in what will be an exciting project with the new 800cc MotoGP regulations. Unfortunately I was unable to reach an agreement with Casey Stoner to ride for LCR in 2007.
I am proud that the Honda LCR team was able to bring a talented young rider like Casey into MotoGP this season and I would like to wish him all the best for his future career.”
