Malaysian GP - BMW Sauber - Practice
BMW Sauber declared it a good start to the Malaysian Grand Prix in the sauna of Sepang. All three drivers ran well as we concentrated on tyre evaluation.
Jacques Villeneuve would set the ninth best time with Nick Heidfeld and Robert Kubica 12th and 13th.

Race weekend debut for Mondini
Malaysian GP - MF1 Toyota - Practice
Giorgio Mondini admits that his neck took a pounding under the g-forces of Formula One machinery as he made his testing debut during a Grand Prix weekend with MF1 Toyota. Mondini recorded the 22nd best lap just ahead of Christijan Albers while Tiago Monteiro was 26th of the 28 runners.

Malaysian GP - Super Aguri Honda - Practice
Following a successful debut race in Bahrain for the Super Aguri F1 team, Takuma Sato and team-mate Yuji Ide were able to complete their planned practice programmes in the heat of the Malaysian sun today.

Takuma Sato managed a best lap of 1:41.549s best while Yuji Ide understeered to a 1:43.164.
