Red Bull call off driver 'deadline'
Red Bull has abandoned a looming 'deadline' over its 2007 driver line-up, according to Christian Klien.
The Austrian, whose team-mate David Coulthard appears to have now signed a contract extension, travelled to Salzburg recently for talks about his uncertain future with billionaire team owner Dietrich Mateschitz.

Pedro de la Rosa has dismissed the threat posed to his McLaren seat this year by fellow tester Gary Paffett.

Rubens Barrichello has reacted angrily to rumours that he is likely to retire from F1 at the end of 2007.
The veteran Brazilian, with 230 Grand Prix under his belt, was quoted this week as not wanting to match Riccardo Patrese's all-time record of 256 starts.

Curiously, Fernando Alonso's newest and biggest admirer is McLaren protégé Lewis Hamilton.
McLaren principal Ron Dennis has revealed that if Alonso seals his second World Championship for Renault this year, it would be 'easier' to justify slotting Hamilton into a McLaren seat for his 2007 F1 debut.

Set to race the Williams Toyota
Nico Rosberg's future on the grid appears secure, with Sir Frank Williams all but confirming that the German rookie will stay at his team in 2007.
