Honda to race 2007 engine in Japan
Older-spec V8 power for the Chinese GP
Contrary to earlier reports, Honda is not planning to use its 2007-specification engine at the upcoming Chinese Grand Prix.
The Brackley based team tried to debut the updated 2.4 litre V8 units at Monza a fortnight ago but called it off when Anthony Davidson suffered two practice blow-ups.

Pedro de la Rosa says he is unlikely to leave the McLaren team, even if he fails to retain his race seat.

Max Mosley has confirmed reports that no action would be taken over Renault boss Flavio Briatore's outburst at Monza.
An FIA spokesman last week explained that a disrepute charge was 'not probable', despite Briatore's vitriolic attack about the questionable impartiality of stewards.
