Jacques Villeneuve, dropped two months ago by BMW Sauber team, is talking about making a comeback in the US closed-cockpit stock car ranks, according to reports.
Italy's Gazzetta dello Sport reported that Villeneuve had signed a deal to drive for Roush Racing, which won the NASCAR crown in 2004.

Aiming to replace Mild Seven funding
Dutch bank ING has confirmed reports linking it with sponsorship of the Renault team in 2007 and beyond.
A spokesman on Thursday admitted that the company is in talks with the world champion squad, amid speculation that ING could be one firm aiming to replace $50 million per year title sponsor Mild Seven.

Football legend Pele will this month help to mark Michael Schumacher's last ever Grand Prix, to be staged in Sao Paulo.
