Winkelhock shakes down the third F8-VIIWith little more than a week until the start of opening practice at Albert Park, Dutch F1 team Spyker has changed the livery of its 2007 car.
Test driver Markus Winkelhock performed a shakedown in the F8-VII at Silverstone on
Tuesday, whose livery now features a lighter shade of orange and the addition of the colour grey.
The team confirmed that it will be 'the definitive team look' for the new season. Team Principal Colin Kolles explained that the original luminous orange didn't transfer well to the television screen.
"It's important for the Spyker brand that the colour is uniformly represented by all media and we're confident this will be the case with the new colour scheme," Kolles said.
McLaren's Lewis Hamilton was also in action at the Northamptonshire venue on Tuesday as he shook down a Mercedes-powered MP4-22.
