An impossible probabilityMichael Schumacher's manager has ruled out speculation that the retiring German racer could be groomed as a replacement team principal for Ferrari boss Jean Todt next year.
The Italian team announced that Schumacher, the 37-year-old seven
time champion, would maintain an unspecified Ferrari role beyond the end of 2006.
But manager Willi Weber is quoted by Sport-Informations-Dienst as describing team management as an 'impossible' probability for his charge.
The German did not, however, completely rule out a future driving return for Schumacher, by vowing to 'answer the telephone' if a team principal or two called.
''You never say never,'' Weber said, ''but first I organise a big party for (2006 season finale) Brazil!
''Perhaps I will also bring along a new Schumacher cap, with eight stars. If he wins this title, he will cease to be a king and instead be an emperor.''
