John Barnard looking at MotoGPFormer Ferrari and McLaren designer John Barnard is looking to branch out into the world of two-wheeled racing.
With engineering company 'Ricardo plc', the Briton's 'B3 Technologies' is hoping to set up a MotoGP team.
Barnard is credited
with such F1 innovations as the carbon-fibre chassis with McLaren and the paddle-shift gearbox with Ferrari, and he still supplies components to most Formula One outfits.
"Together the two companies are searching for partners and sponsors to develop a technology-focused race team," read a statement.
