Changes at B3 TechnologiesB3 Technologies today announced that agreement has been reached for founder and owner John Barnard to sell his shares in the organisation to a new consortium headed by B3’s former commercial director, John Minett.
Former senior F1 engineers
Steve Nichols and Matthew Jeffreys join as directors to bolster an already strong technical team within the company.
At the launch CEO John Minett said: “Born out of the F1 industry, B3 Technologies has a long tradition of supplying high quality design and manufacturing services to F1 and other industries. It is a superb foundation on which to build.”
Founded by John Barnard, long recognised as one of the world's most influential racing car designers - including the stunning Ferrari 639 - B3 Technologies specialises in creating components for motor racing, aerospace, defence, medical instrumentation and specialist engineering for high performance vehicles.
