Early stop for Raikkonen and Massa
Sakhir - Ferrari - Test day 5
As the second three-day schedule of testing at the Bahrain International Circuit continued today, Ferrari drivers Kimi Raikkonen and Felipe Massa enjoyed clear skies and warm weather as they took to the track.

Today was the fifth and
penultimate day of this long week of testing for Ferrari at the Sakhir circuit, but this working Sunday was not the most successful on the reliability front as both drivers had to stop running ahead of schedule prior to the end of their planned programmes.

An oil leak stopped Raikkonen, who was working on car development and set-up testing at the time, while an engine problem interrupted the final part of a race simulation being undertaken by Massa.

Up to that point, the Brazilian had completed 70 laps, the quickest in a time of 1:30.190.

The World Champion Finn did 61 laps, with a fastest time of 1:30.015. Despite their interrupted sessions, both Ferrari drivers set times quicker than the Toyota pair also running at Sakhir.

Testing continues at this circuit tomorrow, still with Kimi Raikkonen and Felipe Massa on track.
