Jerez - Ferrari - Test Day 2
After testing in preparation ahead of the 2008 season in terms of the standardised FIA-imposed ECU yesterday, Luca Badoer was back in action for the Ferrari team today at Jerez looking towards the Japanese Grand Prix.
The Italian team
has already wrapped up the constructors' title due to the elimination of rivals McLaren Mercedes, but it is all to play for Kimi Raikkonen
who is just 13 points adrift with three races remaining.
Under sunny skies, Badoer was working again today worked mainly on the development of some mechanical solutions and on set-up testing aimed at the final three races of the season.
The Scuderia’s official test driver completed a total of 70 laps, the quickest in a time of 1.20.249, third fastest on the day.
Testing at this circuit continues tomorrow, again with Badoer on track.
