Jerez - McLaren Mercedes - Test Day 1
McLaren Mercedes returned to Jerez this week for the final test session prior to the remaining three races of the 2007 Championship in Japan, China and Brazil.
Pedro de la Rosa took to the wheel of the MP4-22 as the test team's
programme for the day focused on 2008 preparations without driver aids.
Track temperature reached 50 degrees Celsius in sunny and dry conditions, with a bit of wind picking up as the day went on.
46 laps were covered today, giving approximately 203 kilometres of test runs to go through.
Tomorrow the focus will be on set-up work for the Japanese Grand Prix, again with de la Rosa.
