Strong winds made it difficult to
evaluate the Monte Carlo aero settings, while some mechanical problems delayed the team's programme today.
Nevertheless, Scott Speed managed to complete 53 laps, making the tenth-fastest time overall.
Sébastien Bourdais will be taking over driving duties tomorrow for his second appearance with Toro Rosso.
