Squadra Toro Rosso name confirmed
The new name for Red Bull's second teamRed Bull GmbH officially announced today that following completion of the takeover of the Minardi Formula 1 team on 1st November, the team will be known as Squadra Toro Rosso, Italian for 'Team
Red Bull.'
In addition Red Bull confirmed that its driver line-up across both its Formula 1 teams is David Coulthard, Neel Jani, Christian Klien, Vitantonio Liuzzi and Scott Speed.
The company has not clarified as yet who will be driving in which team. David Coulthard is certain for the Red Bull Ferrari squad, probably with Christian Klien alongside as is the case this year.
Jani could well take over the test role in the team with Liuzzi and Speed moving over to the Cosworth-powered Squadra Toro Rosso.
